2016年 开始 一年一次的咖啡营，又来啦！！
地点位于 清迈，泰国 的 NINE ONE ORGANIC FARM。
5天4夜的旅程，除了深入了解咖啡，还可以认识新朋友。
影片里，可以看到 咖啡庄园里，除了有咖啡树，还有童话里常出现的树屋。
住在 这么一个魔法森林里，清晨，被各类鸟叫的声音唤醒，
午间，听淅淅沥沥的溪水声，学习咖啡知识，
晚间，有蝉鸣声，森林唱着催眠曲伴你入睡。
如此美好的经历，那么轻易可以拥有。
离开喧闹的诚实，来到这么一座童话般的咖啡庄园。
有机会去了解咖啡从种子到杯子的过程，可以亲身体验每个过程中的细节。
如此难得的旅程，一年只有一次，配合咖啡采摘的季节进行。
这是一个看 “天意” 举办的 体验营，错过了，那该多可惜呀！
过程中，可以体验咖啡果的采摘，脱壳，日晒，水洗 等 处理过程。
专业导师指导下去尝试各种冲泡方式，杯测 cupping，闻香瓶测试 sensory test 等。
各类专业的，好玩的，有趣的咖啡知识，在这里可以和志同道合的新朋友一起研究。
来自世界各地的咖啡爱好者，一起参与整个咖啡营的过程，
也能通过彼此交流，互相分享世界各地的咖啡文化。
有什么时候，可以那么近距离的接触咖啡的一切？
有多少人真的有机会去尝试每一个冲泡方式？
同一种咖啡豆，经过不同的冲泡方式，呈现出来的风味口感都未必相同。
经历过这么一次的体验，绝对能让我们找到自己喜爱的冲泡方式。
学习完毕后的夜晚，在昏黄的煤油灯光下，说说白天的经历。
聊聊各国的咖啡文化，可以和朋友们一起冲泡，细细的去品尝咖啡。
在没有诚实般的压抑和喧嚣下，想必品尝到的咖啡，别有一番风味吧？

🤩 WHAT WILL YOU DO IN 5 DAYS WITH BEARISTA CAMP 2018? 🤩
1️⃣️ Day 1:
- Arrive at Chiang Mai city and check-in hotel.
- Attend the Briefing of Bearista Camp 2018 at D’codeS Thailand.
2️⃣️ Day 2:
- Go to Nine-One Organic Coffee Farm in the morning.
- Discovery the farm and experience different methods of coffee processing.
- Attend theoretical, practical activities and do test about Green Bean.
3️⃣ Day 3:
- Attend theoretical, practical activities and do test about Sensory skills and Cupping.
- Games and Teamwork Activities.
4️⃣️ Day 4:
- Attend theoretical, practical activities and do test about Brewing & Extraction skills.
- Games and Teamwork Activities.
5️⃣ Day 5:
- After breakfast, go back to Chiang Mai city and check-in hotel
- Free time in the afternoon. There are many unique Specialty Coffee Shops with Latte Art masters around hotel. Let’s come and experience!
